High Country Low Voltage is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join our team in Golden.
This position requires a very detail-oriented and extremely organized individual who is in the office daily to perform a variety of administrative tasks to support our owner, customers, vendors, and in-office team. We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves team player who has knowledge of small business in-office operations, holds company-critical documents in confidence, and is always happy to jump in and help. The ideal candidate will work great with other, have a calm, organized demeanor and be able to take on multiple tasks within the business.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Good communicator who works well with internal team, customers and vendors via email/phone and in person
· Assisting with project management of various initiatives in the office including but not limited to working with employees, vendors, systems and operations.
· Maintaining the company’s filing system including managing files, permits and insurance documentation for multiple vendors
· Receiving inventory and management of warehouse organization.
· Scheduling of Service Calls and Projects through Qbooks Time.
· Light bookkeeping including occasional invoicing, vendor and subcontractor payments and payroll, and assistance with monthly account reconciliation
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks including setting up meetings, running errands, keeping snack/drink supplies stocked, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and other tasks that keep our busy office humming

· Ability to work in-office full time without direct oversight
· Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
· High School diploma or some college
