For this particular project, we provided and installed a complete AV system designed to deliver high-quality audio capture, sound reinforcement, and seamless video conferencing integration. Let’s break it down:

1. Biamp MRB-L-SCX400-C Room Kit

To ensure crystal-clear audio capture and effective sound reinforcement, we installed the Biamp Room Kit. This system is ideal for medium to large conference rooms where both sound quality and microphone coverage are crucial.

Included in the Biamp Kit:

• 4 Desono C-IC6 Ceiling Speakers: These ceiling-mounted speakers deliver high-fidelity sound throughout the room, ensuring everyone can hear clearly no matter where they’re sitting.
• 2 Parle TCM Ceiling Microphones: These microphones pick up voices from around the room, ensuring clear audio capture for remote participants during virtual meetings.
• 1 BPAK Amplifier: This amplifier boosts the audio signal to ensure sound is evenly distributed throughout the room.
• 1 Devio SCX 400 Digital Signal Processor: This piece of equipment optimizes and processes audio signals to provide the best possible sound quality in any room environment.

2. Yealink Conferencing System

Next, we installed the Yealink Conferencing System to enable a seamless Microsoft Teams experience. This system is perfect for businesses that rely on video conferencing and need intelligent, flexible camera and microphone options.

Included in the Yealink System:

• 2 UVC86 PTZ Cameras: These intelligent cameras automatically adjust to focus on speakers in the room, providing smooth, professional-quality video for remote participants.
• 1 MTouchE2 Touch Panel: This intuitive touch panel simplifies room control, allowing users to easily manage video calls, adjust audio settings, and more.
• 1 MCore Mini PC (Teams): The MCore Mini PC powers the Teams Room system, ensuring a stable and fast video conferencing experience.
• 1 AV Hub: The AV Hub acts as the central point for connecting all your AV equipment, ensuring smooth operation and minimal setup time.
• 1 BYOD Extender: This device allows for “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) functionality, so guests can easily connect their laptops or mobile devices to the room’s AV system.
• 1 WPP30 Wireless Presentation Dongle: This dongle enables wireless presentations, making it easy to share content without cables.

3. HDMI Signal Extension: Extron DTP HDMI Extender Kit

To ensure high-quality video signals are delivered from the equipment rack to the display, we included an Extron DTP HDMI Extender Kit. This kit ensures that your HDMI signal remains strong and clear, even at long distances.

4. Maxhub ND86CMA 86″ Display

For displaying content, we installed the Maxhub ND86CMA 86″ Display, a large, ultra-clear screen that is perfect for showing presentations, videos, and collaborative work. This display is the focal point of your conference room, ensuring everyone can clearly see what’s being shared.

5. 15RU Rolling Equipment Rack

We also provided and installed a 15RU Rolling Equipment Rack to house all of the AV equipment. This rack keeps everything organized, secure, and easily accessible while ensuring your equipment is well-ventilated and protected.

6. Reusing Existing Power Protection

As part of this project, we reused the Middle Atlantic PD-815R-PL Power Conditioner from the client’s previous system. This power conditioner helps protect sensitive AV equipment from power surges, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
