Our recent project involved the meticulous procurement and integration of advanced AV equipment into the existing rack, enhancing the parish hall’s functionality and user experience. The scope of work included the following key components:
Advanced Projection Solutions: We installed two Panasonic 6000 Lumen DLP Laser projectors, positioned at existing locations to deliver brighter, crisper images with minimal maintenance needs. This upgrade ensures that every presentation is visually striking and engaging.
Seamless Connectivity: To facilitate smooth operations, we integrated two Visionary Decoders at the projectors, enabling images from various sources to be displayed on either projector. Additionally, we installed two Visionary Encoders in the rack, allowing for flexible HDMI connections, including a link to the church’s camera.
User-Friendly Control Systems: A Visionary WallPlate was added near the podium for easy HDMI and Bluetooth connections. We also installed a Qsys Core8Flex Processor for comprehensive audio processing and control, ensuring high-quality sound throughout the hall.
Intuitive Interface: To enhance user experience, we mounted a Qsys 7″ Touch Panel on the wall, providing an easy-to-navigate interface for managing the AV system, simplifying operations for all users.
Robust Audio Solutions: Our installation included a Qsys 4-channel amplifier to power existing speakers effectively, ensuring clear sound in all areas. Furthermore, we set up a Panasonic Dual Channel Wireless Microphone Receiver, allowing simultaneous use of both handheld and lavalier microphones for diverse presentation needs.
Infrastructure Enhancements: A Netgear 24-port network switch was added to facilitate seamless audio/video communications, alongside an Atlas Power Conditioner to maintain optimal equipment performance.
Throughout the project, we ensured that the working environment was clean and organized, allowing for efficient installation over three business days. Our team worked closely with the client to verify specific needs and adjustments, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final setup.
