Scope of Work

High Country Low Voltage (HCLV) partnered with the Colorado Department of Human Services to upgrade multiple conference rooms, making them more efficient and user-friendly for video conferencing and presentations. These improvements allow staff to easily connect their own devices and collaborate seamlessly, whether meeting in person or remotely.

HCLV redesigned the conference rooms to provide a simple, plug-and-play experience. Users can now connect a single cable to instantly access the room’s display, camera, and audio system without needing complicated setups. The system automatically turns on when in use and powers down after meetings to conserve energy.

These upgrades ensure clear communication, high-quality video, and an intuitive experience for all users. With this new setup, the Colorado Department of Human Services now has modern, reliable spaces for productive meetings and remote collaboration.
