Eagle County Airport
Training Conference Room
Summary
High Country Low Voltage (HCLV) worked for the regional airport of Eagle County to upgrade their training conference room’s audio-visual system to enhance collaboration, streamline Google Meet integration, and enable remote support. This project improved video conferencing, wireless content sharing, and system management, making meetings more efficient and user-friendly.
Scope of Work
HCLV installed two large monitors side by side, providing a dual-screen setup for Google Meet, which improved content sharing and collaboration. The existing conference camera was replaced with two advanced cameras—one capturing the audience and the other focusing on the presenter—allowing seamless live switching during meetings. To improve audio clarity, six in-ceiling speakers were installed to evenly distribute sound throughout the room, and a high-quality in-ceiling microphone was added to ensure that every participant could be heard clearly.
The entire system was integrated into the existing Google Meet Controller, allowing for simple and intuitive control. A wireless presentation system was added, enabling participants to share content without the need for cables.
For remote management, HCLV implemented a monitoring system that allowed 24/7 support and remote access for Eagle County IT staff, ensuring that the system could be controlled, updated, and maintained efficiently.
This upgrade provided a streamlined, user-friendly solution that improved video conferencing, simplified system control, and ensured reliable remote management for seamless operations.
