Eagle County EOC Room AV Upgrade

High Country Low Voltage (HCLV) enhanced the Eagle County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) with a modern AV system designed for greater flexibility, reliability, and ease of use. This upgrade streamlined how video sources are displayed, making meetings and emergency response efforts more efficient and effective.

HCLV installed a new AV over IP system that allows users to route multiple video sources to any display in the room, improving functionality and adaptability. Easy-to-use control panels were added for seamless video switching and monitor control, ensuring an intuitive experience for staff. A dedicated network was implemented for consistent performance, and remote monitoring capabilities were included for real-time system oversight. Additionally, a backup power system was integrated to prevent disruptions during outages, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
